2. Definitions

6. Booking and Rental Process

• Agencies and users are not permitted to contact each other directly; all communication must go through BURG RENTAL SERVICES LLP's platform.

7. Payments, Fees, and Cancellations

• Renters must pay rental charges in full before vehicle handover.

8. Responsibilities of Renters

10. Insurance and Liability
