Burg Commercial Rental Services SP Refund Policy

1. Full Refund (Minus GST and Gateway Fees) - Customer-Initiated Cancellation Within 30 Minutes

If you cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, you are eligible for a full refund, excluding:

  • GST (as applicable)
  • 2% payment gateway processing fee

Example: If you paid ₹1,000 (including ₹180 GST), you'll receive ₹800 - 2% (₹16) = ₹784 as refund.

2. 100% Refund - Agency or Equipment Fault

You are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding GST and payment gateway charges) in the following cases:

  • Vehicle/machinery is broken, defective, or non-operational on arrival.
  • Agency is at fault (e.g., wrong item delivered, refusal to deliver, unsafe condition).

Note: Evidence (photo/video) may be required for processing.

3. 90% Refund - All Other Approved Cancellations

For cancellations made after 30 minutes or for reasons not involving Burg Commercial Rental Services SP or agency fault, only 90% of the amount paid (excluding GST) will be refunded.

This accounts for booking losses, reservation time, and handling.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in cases including but not limited to:

  • Cancellations made after dispatch/delivery.
  • Customer unavailability at scheduled delivery.
  • Misuse or damage caused by customer after delivery.
  • No valid reason or unsubstantiated claims.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund was wrongly denied or not processed correctly, please contact Burg Commercial Rental Services SP Support through the in-app messaging or call feature. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly.

7. Policy Changes

This policy is subject to change based on platform updates or legal requirements. Customers will be informed in advance for any major policy modifications.
